Cita Marine Furniture Completes Antarctic Enabler Refit Project at Norse Shipyard
CITA Marin has successfully completed the accommodation furniture outfitting of the SG118 GREEN PEARL LNG Carrier, built at San Giorgio del Porto Shipyard in Genoa, Italy, for Genova Industrie Navali.
The project covered the full scope of marine accommodation furniture, including cabin furniture, public areas, and technical living spaces, delivered in line with international marine standards and LNG carrier operational requirements.
Global Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination
One of the key strengths of the SG118 project was CITA Marin’s global logistics and supply chain management capability. All furniture elements were manufactured with a modular, easy-installation design, enabling fast onboard assembly and seamless coordination with shipyard schedules.
Thanks to precise planning, international procurement coordination, and just-in-time deliveries, installation processes were completed efficiently—minimizing downtime and ensuring smooth integration with other onboard disciplines.

Designed for Efficiency, Built for the Sea
The accommodation furniture supplied for the GREEN PEARL LNG Carrier was engineered to meet:
- Marine-grade durability
- Ease of installation and dismantling
- Optimized weight and space efficiency
- Crew comfort and long-term operational performance
This approach allows shipyards and shipowners to benefit from reduced installation time, lower lifecycle costs, and high-quality interior solutions tailored specifically for LNG vessels.
